~Gift Certificates~
Gift Certificates may be purchased for a specific dollar amount, or for a specific service. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and have no cash value. Enchante is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
There will be a $39 rebooking fee for canceled/rescheduled gift certificate appointments within 24 hour notice.
Gift Certificates are not accepted on holidays. Appointments are subject to availability.
~Accepted Forms of Payment~
We accept cash, Credit Cards, and Gift Certificates. There is a minimum charge of $25 (excluding gratuity) for credit cards. A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
~Cancellation Policy~
We request a 24-hour cancellation notice. Unfortunately we are experiencing a lot of clients that are no shows. This causes our massage therapists to lose out on opportunity to serve other clients.
~Special Considerations~
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or any other medical complications, please explain your medical condition to your therapist. It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc if necessary. We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa.
